| Right now, I got this crappy integrated card. ATI Radeon Express 200 or something. So I'm planing on getting a new card. But I don't have too much cash on me, so can you guys suggest some cheap cards (200 dollars or less), but still worth it? And link me to a page if you can. Thanks guys.

| Nvidia GeForce 8600GT or 8800GT for $25 more. I recommend those cause if you're using Vista, they're compatible with DirectX 10. They're pretty cheap, under $200, with the 8600GT at around $140.

| Probably best off getting the 8800GT. It all depends on your mobo.

When the price drops a bit, you might want to try this as an alternative to the HD4850. For those of you who are wondering what interface he is using, the ATI Xpress 200 chipset supports the PCI-e interface.
I made a short comparison between the HD4850 and the 9800GTX+.
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD4850 vs. NVIDIA GeForce 9800GTX+ (reference model)
Based off: LegitReviews
HD4850 score over (divided by) 9800GTX+ score (I might have screwed up a bit, but for the most part, it's fairly accurate)
The format is:
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD4850 __% slower/faster than the NVIDIA GeForce 9800GTX+
Real-world Applications (games):
Tomb Raider: Anniversary
1280x720: 22% faster
1920x1200: 21% faster
Company of Heroes
1280x1024: 16% slower
1920x1200: 16% slower
World in Conflict
1280x1024: 3% slower
1920x1200: 21% faster
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl
1280x1024: 24% slower
1920x1200: 11% slower
BioShock
1280x1024: 9% slower
1920x1200: 4% slower
Crysis
1280x1024 (high): 2% slower
1920x1200 (medium): 7% slower
1920x1200 (very high): 6% slower
Call of Duty 4
1280x1024: 5% faster
1920x1200: 4% faster
Average Real-world Application (games) Scores: 2% slower
Synthetic Applications (benchmarks):
Lightsmark
1280x1024: 24% slower
1920x1200: 24% slower
3DMark06
1280x1024 (overall score): 13% slower
Shader Model 2.0: 24% slower
Shader Model 3.0: 8% slower
3DMark Vantage
1280x1024 (overall score, with Physx): 8% slower
1280x1024 (overall score, no Physx): 1% faster
1280x1024 (GPU score, with Physx): 1% faster
1280x1024 (GPU score, no Physx): 1% faster
1280x1024 (CPU score, with Physx): 61% slower
1280x1024 (CPU score, no Physx): 1% slower
Average Synthetic Application Scores (excluding the 3DMark Vantage CPU scores): 11% slower
Temperatures were lower both idle and load with the 9800GTX+ (50C, 69C), while the HD4850 was pretty hot, near the end of the safe-zone for graphics cards (78C, 85C).
The 9800GTX+ overclocks better than the HD4850, and the revised price puts it on par with the HD4850 at release.
Overall, if the price drops (or if you are an overclocker), I would recommend the 9800GTX+ over the HD4850. But as of now, the HD4850 looks like a better deal. Older generation NVIDIA graphics cards (8800GT, 8800GS) still provide the best bang-for-your-buck, but you probably won't get them to the speeds of the latest ATI and NVIDIA offerings.
