http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=6566834&WishListTitle=Made

I made this about an hour ago to spite Newegg and their little competition that they are doing between Andrew and Chris....

I know that instead of the 640GB 7200RPM I could of gone with a 10,000RPM Raptor, but meh. I like my 7200RPM HD's...

(And I just noticed that the speakers I choose are now out of stock >.>")
Not sure if it's really worth getting 4GB RAM, so I left it at 2GB. I don't think there will be a problem with the case, um, what else.... Ah, I guess you could spend a little more on CPU if you want. And you could spend less on the mobo, I just felt like using that one for no particular reason.

I would get cheaper RAM from Kingston (HyperX series) or G. Skill RAM. They are both good (reliable for the most part), and perform well at a great price.

For $10 more, you can get a 750GB drive (Bam's deal that was posted earlier).

I don't think you need that much power. I suppose a 650W-750W PSU should be enough.

The HD4870 looks like a better deal.

I would suggest you only get a 64-bit OS if you want to use 4GB+ of RAM, as there still are some compatibility issues.

Unless you want to SLI, there's not much reason to get an SLI motherboard. The Intel P35/P45 chipset motherboards look good.

With such a powerful rig, I would spend a little more on the case, but it's mostly to justify the power. It's not necessary, but if you are going to get a fast computer, you might want to consider getting a better-looking case.
