Hey, Ive Formatted my computer 2 days ago (windows xp sp 2)
but problem is that my download speed used to be before i formmated 350 kbs and now its 200 kbs (maxed) whats the problem.
i use cFosSpeed v3.22.1254 (hacked version)
In my mom's comp i can download on 350 kb/s, on her comp she doesnt has cFosSpeed
Any1 Knows How To Fix That ?

Disable all your internet connections and unplug your modem (and router) then run this fix and restart.
Plug everything back in and enable your connection again.
Test speed.

Do all the latest windows updates see what happens. Then do a speed test here
