It's really fucked up..

Whenever I open Internet Explorer it lags like shit and popups come up.

Whenever I turn on Windows it won't allow me to go on to the desktop it just shows my desktop picture and nothing comes up not even my task bar that I have to press Control+Alt+Delete and run a new task for my task bar to come up.

Also, when I am typing this up right now.. For example when I sometimes type 'Hey!' it will do this to me' 'Hy!' and if I type in something like 'Windows XP' it ill do this 'Widows P'.

Any ideas on how to delete this virus?

I am running Windows XP.

The name of the virus? Anything that may help?

If not, the best solution would be to reformat everything ...
Although, if you have made previous system restore points, try using System Restore? It may help.

Try to find the name of the program...
Best way to find it is Spy Bot Search and Destroy ( DO NOT EVER RUN THIS PROGRAM WHILE ANOTHER ONE IS RUNNING )... it mght not get rid of it, but it will give you its name...

Then you can google ¨ Removal of Ardamax Keylogger ¨ etc...
