what should i do to make a dll?
can i use a uce then the cheat table into a dll?

what shall i use?

consider me a beggar but i wanna learn it's so hard to study by my self

First choose a language to write the dll in. For example C or C++.
Then learn how to write a simple dll in that language and then try to do what the cheattable does.

thats a bit quick, try learning a language, program some things and understand pointers, try to get a general gist of what ASM is and how its used, then understand how a dll, driver, exe and stuff interacts and then think of programming simple dll's with a exe.
