WHY do you care. It doesn't help his problem at all that you are asking that.
He obviously has a reason, but he doesn't have to share if he doesn't want to.
Did you try to enable "Protect As DLL Plugin" in Advanced Options?

hehe believe it or not, this the exact same response i got from oreans after emailing them my problems
and yes i did check them. i even tried uncheck all the settings. not working at all.
I think themida/WL has some compatible problems with c++ dll containing dialogs.
i emailed them a test dll with a simple dialog box. hopefully they can find out why
well instead themida, i tried ASP+VMP for dll. working fine now
