There both the same price. I don't know about quality though between them but fx 5200 is running well for like over a year already.

If you are just going to be using it to display the video, it can be any cheap card with a vga or dvi port.

You may need to make sure it supports your monitors native resolution by checking it's specifications.

Neither of them do well doing much anything.

The FX5200 is already considered obsolete, and at least the 7-series isn't too old.

If you do mail-in-rebates, this one looks like a much better deal.
