I am having some difficulties with vistacrap,
Every time i log on Explorer.exe doesn't start(supposed to be a known issue)
, And I usually open it with TaskMgr -> Start
But now my Taskmgr is 'locked'.
Yes, I have set the registry values "DisableTasgMgr" in Current_User and Local_Machine to 0 but the Current_User keeps resetting it to 1.
I googled and found out that i need to open "gpedit.msc" But it says the file type is not associated with any file.
I also found that I need to open the ".msc" with MMC.exe but I can't.
I am booting from Winternals: ERD Commander 2005, so when I right click on some file I don't get: Open WITH, I only get Open and Open with Notepad.
I tried to open MMC.exe but it gave this: "%1 is not a valid win32 application"

I can't use Safe Mode, because there is no explores and taskmgr thus cannot
open anything.
I really need help, if anyone can help me with this problem.
edit: I have access to CMD and regedit.

I don't know how to solve your problem but you can download a program called Hack-It.

It is a task manager basically, shows you all the hidden processes and everything.

It is made for school so you can end programs so you cannot be watched by your school but anyway, you could try using it.

And how would I download/run "hack-it" When I can't even open anything?
Right now I can't download anything, can't even download linux so I could fix the problem faster.
