help..my task manager wont come out ,, i already use the kelly corners but still cannot , edditing gpedit.msc , editing at HLOCAL , still wont out , please someone help me T_T

Some sort of virus? Did you try running in safe mode and then using task manager?

Try running Safe Mode when you boot up. From there, try CTRL + ALT + DELETE.

Scan your computer for Viruses/Spyware. Some of those malicious software prevent you from opening your Task Manager.

just scanned , and no virus detected , means , if i open my windows in safe mode , and CTRL + ALT +DEL , my task manger will open , and when i open my window in normal mode , my task manager will be ok again ?

Your making little sense... I cannot tell if this is a question about your procedure or a question if this will work or not?

Putting it into safemode may disable the virus.
You may have a virus even if your AV didnt detect it.
You most likely have a virus.
If you cant find it with one AV... try another... If you cannot find it, do a system restore to a date before this happened.

It could be a simple Visual Basic home made virus which simply deletes
C:\Windows\System32\taskmgr.exe

No antivirus would be able to catch it.
It's a possibility.

Go to C:\Windows\System32 and see if u hav a file called taskmgr.exe
If not then it's a virus which deleted it.
If yes try getting a coppy from someone elses window's xp
