If you mean CPU fan speed, you can try under-volting the fan or turning on SMART fan control. For case fans, you'll need a variable speed fan. For graphics cards, it can be tuned through software like RivaTuner. _________________

Manually, some fans, when bought, includes a turning device that allows you to control the fan's RPM. Also some of the better fans will auto adjust depending on the CPU load. If it's neither case, BIOS is where you go and changing the voltage. _________________

in my past with problamatic over heating issues, bios is where you can adjust your RPM and see the RPM currently. |
