You just need a windows XP cd to reformat.

That would be your Windows disc.

Just format the partition Windows is in and install it there.

OR

put in your windows XP(or whatever OS you use) then reboot your computer and press F12 upon boot screen(if you are unsure just spam F12 until you get to the blue screen). Delete the partition you have the OS installed(usually C drive). Then you should be bale to re-install your windows again after it formatted along with any other drives you may need to.

ones i seen my cousin using some kind program to delete the windows and every thing else that's the program i ment

and if i download the windows from the internet does steal have the things u talking about because i lost my windows CD

If you can't understand, I suggest you go back to school then get back on a computer.

Usually when you buy a computer, it will come with a CD to do such a thing. You don't need to buy another windows CD. Just look for that one CD and just pop that in and run it. It will re-format. If you can't find it, look for a free windows XP online and download that or you gotta buy it.
