yes, its a java chat ; i changed my ip ( cmd -> ipconfig/renew) and cleared all cookies etc, used another name and im still banned =O

well, i used WPE and changed collors which people (even mods) cant do (my own text, they got like 6 diff collors)

Nah, clearing caches are useless. You would ban your IP on chatboxes (sometimes) and you would probarbly have to find a way to change IP/access chatbox through another computer.

you could try tunneling, search google for ssh tunneling and it will give you a tutorial on how to do it.
what this does it runs everything through an ssh proxy, its hard to find good free ones but it works great, oh and this isnt the same as php proxys where you type the url into a box and press go.

Dude!,
doing IPCONFIG RELEASE/RENEW doesnt change your IP Address automaticaly!!!,
you have to wait,
it takes time though,
for me it took more than 6 hours probably to chane my IP address,
so good thing to do is use ipconfig before shutting down ur pc and going to bed,
so when u wake up ur ip changed!

mission is rite your ip does change auto matically every month or quartly depending on your lease time if dhcp is enabled, however this is for dynamic ip addressing and most isp's now days are static addressing but your should be able to manually configure your ip changing the last digit by about 3 and it should still work.
run ipconfig /all to see your lease in windows or ask your service provider

my ip is dynamic, it usually changes ever 3 months or so, but it only changes the last octave *.*.*.[random]
the above lease information is from my wireless.
you could always unplug the power of the modem that sometimes changes your ip address for you, or you could phone up your isp and ask them for a new ip.
i still recommend you use ssh tunneling and if that doesnt work for you try some of firefox proxy plugins..
