He are there any CE'S fully compatible with vista that dont end up saying stuff like outdated kernels or no proccess in the scanned area?

5.4 works on the 32-bit version

and i use ce 5.3 and 5.4 and i also use some other trainer maker programs and other stuff like alote of people on here do iam sure....

Isn't there a cheat engine lazarus or something?

The Cheat Engine looks delicious in Vista. I'm just worrying about the compatibility in a 64-bit.
