in the folder i can see the korean words fine but when i put them in my WMP it shows up as something different... why is this happening? it only shows something different for some songs while other songs work

Well my guess would be that it gets encoded into a certain font, a font which doesn't support those certain korean letters.

Windows Media Player probably doesn't support Unicode (or another encoding format), but Windows does.
