I'm using Vista Ultimate, and suddenly today .exe files and .rar seems to open media center?

Does anyone know how to fix this, since I'm really annoyed that I can't even run regedit to try to fix it.

Apparently System Restore brings up Media Center too.

Nope, gets an error saying you can only import from the registry editor.
