I got a small shih tzu dog a months ago, and hes been relatively healthy and normal.
however, today he decided to hump some small teddy bear that belongs to nephew and something strange happened......
his entire penis came out and it was like blood red...
also, it had some 2 odd looking balls (not his testicles) at the end....
it went back in after a min but now the tip of the skin where the dog penis comes out of is really really red and bigger than usual.
whats going on?

totally normal i have 2 dogs, one female and one male that thing is called a "red rocket" and its totally normal if it has some weird ass bumps in it.
Its like a dog boner.

Yea, completty out (Like ouch). But, the 2 balls things at the ends.. just prove that you looks his penis pretty closer  I have never seen that before, maybe it's the limit iono. Go search on google "Dog Penis" and you can compare then.
