How do I cheat?

Hey all im new to this forum but not new to hacking and wanted to know if pograms like CE and Sol Editor. ete. can be put to zip. or exe. format im asking this because i have a windows vista and my bro put a pass on it and made a limited acc. for me and i currently dont have administrative access to anyhting and as sum of you or all now that windows vista is a overprotected hard to hack administrative passwords type of computer since it has msconfig that will not allow you to directly download anything without the administrative password.
Please let me know if any of you can help bcause i rlly want to go back to making trainers and formatable hack packs for chatrooms like w w w.xat.com

reboot computer, press f8, enter safemode. i cant continue but remember to pick the odd account
