Notepad++ is a free (free as in "free speech", but also as in "free beer") source code editor and Notepad replacement, which supports several programming languages, running under the MS Windows environment.

1) I think he means it just colors the syntax, right?
2) Probably not, depends on the settings (it wont delete it totally from your computer)
3) Did you even read what he said?

winrar?! bad! get 7zip.
1) spybot
2) nod32
3) ccleaner
4) 7zip
5) firefox
and that is all u need to get started with
ps
wipe harddrive n reinstall ur os so u dont get all the ***py stuff on it
