This has happened ever since I reformatted.
.bat files can't be found and thats what I work with alot.
Anyone have a solution?

what do you mean they cannot be found? Like what .bats? Ones you have made before you reformated your computer? well reformating means DELETE FUCKING EVERYTHING, so that makes sense. Anyways, just make a new .bat

he/she is fucking talking about the new batch files they have made AFTER the format. READ the post before replying.

and have you enabled the viewing of hidden files/folders, cause your OS might class batch files as harmful and so therefore hides them.

An OS will never hide a batch file, unless it has a hidden attribute, which unless you manually set it, is not gonna be the issue here.

And no...i'm with bam on this...sounds like he is looking for something that is no longer present on the PC. Is it another program looking for a specific .bat?

Well sometimes they make things invisible because they don't want you to fuck around with stuff. But seriously, why would you need to tamper with it?

And im pretty sure windows is the only OS that uses batch files Razz

You can do shell programming on linux it is real close to the same thing.
