Would it be better to upgrade from windows sp2, to sp3?

I have no idea what SP3 fixes or adds, I use SP2 because it is very popular and fixes everything that I want to be fixed.

Alright, but when I look at the download links on the microsoft site.

I download both, .pdf opens my cs2 and when I try the .xda it says my XDA viewer isn't working?

Just downloaded it, computer is a bit faster, cant see user account control anywhere

Heres the one i used:

Just download the Release candiate 2.exe, its 36 kb, scroll down..

It will put a registry key in your system, allowing you to update sp3
then just go to Microsoft update and download

Alls it did was increase my speed some.

If you're running slow, I'd suggest it.

If not, not worth it.
