This is one of the things I'm up to in school, just wondering if I could get any comments on the design (don't mind the empty field as the site itself isn't coded yet, going to implement some php and html later when I have time and possibly putting up an example but it's not available as of yet.)
Thanks. (You can post if you like it or don't like it as well, no need to give suggestions if you don't know what to suggest. Opinions matters!)

Maybe it's because it's shrunk, but get those edges some anti-aliasing.
The white is kind of a sharp contrast too, maybe a tone of grey and give it a simple pattern?
Also that other pattern that goes over it is VERY subtle, maybe make it a bit more obvious.

Thanks, I don't see any problem with the edges when it's in full size, I'll take it in consideration though.
The pattern is there to be very "subtle", it brings forth the green flowers, and also the icons. If I were to make it any lighter the white would get "screamy".
And for the white to gray is a bad idea, trust me, gray on black is NOT nice, hehe, years of experience and I've yet to see any really good gray on black templates, it just gets too dull. Of course the white will be more "hidden" or so when I add content, as for that I'll update the thread or make a new one when I'm done with the coding.

Maybe your screen is set too dark, it is clearly visible for me and it brings forth the other stuff in the design.

It hasn't been coded yet, and I'm not done with it that is why I'm asking for suggestions.
I will definitely do something about the pixel text, I was in a hurry when I did it and I didn't get any fucking text to fit in.
