Macs have 1-2 gigabytes standard, that's enough to run a game like HL2 with little or no lag.
Of course, Macs don't have games like HL2.
And Cheatengine is not Mac compatible, so I really doubt there's anything out there that would let you hack games on a Mac, because there aren't that many good games for Mac, so they aren't worth the price, no matter what price they are, which they happen to be a lot.

CoD4 and Warcraft3 are on Mac so i'd be sorted. Of course, i hate Macs.

Yes, I think you can hack Macs.

Really badly overpriced, even more than Dell (and other PC manufacturers) price them.

Fast for what you use them for. You can't play 99% of games, so the horrible graphics card isn't so horrible, because you aren't really using much of it.

I recomend NOT buying macs,My friend bought one,He sold it 2 fucking months after relizing how shitty the OS is.
