It includes:

BASIC SHORTCUT KEYS
Example: Ctrl + A: Select all text

MICROSOFT WINDOWS SHORTCUT KEYS
Example: Ctrl + Plus Key: Automatically adjust widths of all columns in Windows Explorer

WINKEY SHORTCUTS
Example: WINKEY + U: Open utility manager

WORD SHORTCUT KEYS
Example: Ctrl + Alt + 1: Change text to heading 1

EXCEL SHORTCUT KEYS
Example: Ctrl + Shift + #: Format number in date format

OUTLOOK SHORTCUT KEYS
Example: Ctrl + Shift + K: Add a new task

SPECIAL CHARACTERS
