| hey guys..umm so..windows vista are the newest microsoft so...i am just wondering if i could play games wich required to play Windows 98, ME, XP, 2000, DirectX 9.0 or Higher with windows vista?Please?

Vista counts as higher am i wrong?

If the game requires Windows XP OR HIGHER Vista is supposedly an upgrade of XP, so therefore yes it should work. also i saw another post you made from your rep, if you want to run games faster i'd suggest an extra stick of ram, but MAKE SURE YOU KNOW 100% of what ram your getting.

if u want to play a game for win 2000/xp/or 98
u can change that in control panel settings or the game properties

Wrong.
Using Vista requires more resources, and you should have atleast 2GB RAM when using Vista, due to that issue.
The amount of resources it uses is the reason why, if you can, use XP.
