Any problems? Any Comments?
Graphics Card Note: I know 8800 GTX is better but its like $400 and the video card 1 im going to get is much cheaper for almost the same performance!
Also i might go with the X2 if it gets cheaper at end of summer or middle cause thats when im getting my new baby!

Usually when you are spending more on the motherboard than the CPU, there is a problem.

if your getting it at the end or middle of the summer that stuff will be replaced with better stuff so its not really good to make a build for something you wont buy for a long time

You picked the most expensive Mobo on the market.
I wouldn't try to disuade you if you would be overclocking to extremes, but I don't think you are.
Here is a nice one for only 90 bucks.

2.6/2.8 from 2.4 isn't what I'd called an extreme overclock.

Overclocking only when you need to?
I'm pretty sure at this point you do not know much about overclocking.
But if you want the more expensive motherboard just for the heck of it, go for it. But don't say your getting it for overclocking it. 2.4 to 2.8 isn't that much of a difference. I would just recommend a different motherboard like Madman said. Saves you money.

600W PSU isn't going to be enough for future upgrades.

You are usually spending about $50 more than the prices that I see.
I don't like the X38/X48 chipset because it doesn't support SLi, but I think we all know that only NVIDIA chipsets support SLi.
8800GT > 3870
The only reason to get a 3870 is if you are a fan boy, you are uninformed, or you are running CrossFire.
I could probably make it $420 cheaper with a mother board step down ($250 downgrade).

Don't you think 500 GB is too much? Do you seriously think you are going to need that much?
