Hey can anyone help me with this error? ive tried many things like downloading the .dll and putting it in my system folder..still dosent work, can someone help me please?

Try plopping it in the Bin32 folder (or similar, I don't remember the exact name) of FarCry.

What operating system?
msvcr71.dll is a module containing standard C library functions such as printf, memcpy, and cos. It is a part of the Microsoft C Runtime Library.

Try reinstalling it and make sure you removed every folder/program that has to do with it.

Did you try and use some cheat to bypass Punk Buster?
If so it could have messed up your dll, because you can hook a function to redirect to edited paks.
