Cheat Engine

I've posted a very similiar thread before, although I wasn't answered.

I want to make a very small speed hack out of the cheatengine program.

I have delphi, and the CE source, but i can't just complie the speedhack.pas since it makes the WHOLE big gui full of functions program.

I want a very small GUI about this size:

|the select process image |
Set speed (no.) Sleeptime (no.) |
|------------------------------------|

and if possible also the hotkeys option, e.x alt+1 equals 3 speed.

I'm not asking you to make it, i am asking for a full guide or any help that will help me throught the whole process of making it.
