I'm guessing it's not functional on 64bits.
Google new drivers?

There would be a updated driver if it's a new computer I guess, just google.
Other than that i can't relaly recommend anything else than just get 32bit.

Your driver probably doesn't work with 64bit Operating Systems. I'll try to help you find a driver for your 64 bit OS, whats the Model Number of your thing?

use your damn Ethernet cable instead of USB, you're just going to cripple your speeds. you won't need any driver.

Bleh. My cable modem ONLY gives internet through USB. Soon as I unplug it, I lose my net. Even the technicians haven't figured it out.

Long cables cripple your speed aswell as using a USB.
Get wireless, it's great.

I have to install my shit for the onboard ethernet or I get no internet.
I guess that sort of counts as having to install something, but I just lumped it into the initial "driver run" after a reformat where you get everything all caught up.
I have the SB4200.
