It's this new software they implemented this year to prevent browsing the web while you are supposed to be working...

I think what it does is disable the DHCP to restrict the internet connection.

hmm i never seen this before but on a scale to 1 to 10 it might have some interference with browsing and working at the same time if thats what you mean Wink
