well guys i want to edit cmos. I want to turn on computer at 7:00 A.M. and I want to make a program that edits CMOS functions.. help ..!

PS. Any other language codes are going to be alright not only for vb6..

I doubt you'll get get anywhere without extensive knowledge in both ASM and your hardware.

Some BIOS support this feature, just go reboot your computer and look for yourself.

Almost any example of code that touches the CMOS settings is done via ASM or some type of inline ASM.

Heres a pretty nice article for C++ with some example code and explaination that goes over reading and writing to CMOS:

you will need extensive files and batch/packets for this to able to work and thats basicly your top prioritys to bad that the binary is to big on most parts... Sad
