ok well everytime i try to download CE i click run then it asks me to verify it so i click run and then a message comes up saying Access violation at address 0040993E. Write of address 00401000
can anyone tell me what this means cuz this pops upeverytime i try to download

Oh, and we know your computer reboots each time you run ce with that game, so don't bother posting that |

if wat Thlump posted doesnt work then tell me if is in your SYSTEM or Local, if thier dont then try this. (the scvhost.exe)
download the OTMoveIt by OldTimer
Save it to your desktop.
Please double-click OTMoveIt.exe to run it
Copy the file paths below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy):
C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\svchost.exe
Return to OTMoveIt, right click on the "Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved" window and choose Paste.
Click the red Moveit! button.
Close OTMoveIt
If a file or folder cannot be moved immediately you may be asked to reboot the machine to finish the move process. If you are asked to reboot the machine choose Yes.

As a matter of fact it WILL work, I had the problem before because MapleStory was on, so I closed it and it the setup worked. And I seriously doubt Dark Byte is wrong about how the solution in the quote doesn't work.

yes but wat im trying to do is to get rid of that problem once and for all so there will be no error message or closing games/programs.

naa its easy stuff just copy paste and the program do everything..
but if u dont want to doit then u dont have to but if u get the error again in some other stuff consider to have this some where  .
