quick question .... CE works with vista without this dang program anyways .... it has since the first CE but im wondering would DBVM allow me to use a UCE ?

None of the current UCEs support the DBVM.

if it's a uce thats based on ce 5.4 and it's only problem is setting debug registers because int1 is checked for modification, then yes, dbvm will allow you to use that uce
