How do I start off and where do I get the Cheat Engine.....without having to worry about virusus (I've tried two already and my antivirus throws a bitch fit each time >.>)

You can start off with the tutorial bundled with Cheat Engine. Cheat Engine can be found on here http://cheatengine.org/downloads.php.

Yes, it might set off your AV, its not a virus or any other kind of malware if you downloaded it straight off of the CE site. That's not a guarantee for modifications of CE though (UCEs, etc).
