my spacebar for my laptop broke anditsreally anoying to type...
where can I buy replacement keys? or do i need to buy the entire stupid keyboard?

Since all laptop keyboards are proprietary, the only place you'll find one is eBay and it'll probably cost a decent amount.
Also realize it'll probably be a bitch to replace, laptops aren't fun to work with at all.

It is possible to hook up a laptop to a keyboard, mouse and moniter isn't it?
Try checking if theres a socket for a keyboard

we call these socket usb ports...lol. we can hook mouses to laptops, monitors through VGA port, and keyboard if it's a usb one.

All laptops have USB ports where you can plug a USB keyboard in, but then he wouldn't be able to take it anywhere. Thanks for the rep btw

That is true I guess he could enable that tool that has a layout of the keyboard and can just click the buttons :p

buy a wire-less keyboard a combo fro a wire-less keyboard and mouse are only 50$

I don't think the space bar broke, what i think happened was there is a little plastic piece between the laptop and space bar key. and that piece just fell out. Something like that happened to me to. There is a good chance it just got moved a little.
Try taking the key off and looking.
