Problem with program server connection

I've been having problems with some game trainers and I know why.
I haven't allowed them to access the server.
I had something before that would pop up saying that the program was trying to connect to a server but thats gone.

How can I allow programs (lets say a game trainer) to access the games server???

No they aren't patched.
I used to do it but I don't remeber how.

I know that the server is up and the program works fine.
I just haven't authorized it to connect to the server and I don't remember how to.

you require those to acually work the trainers in the game.
