i'm using a stock cooler and no problems, not even when gaming or heavy computing.
Of course, I don't overclock and try to keep the dust out of the coolerblock

if you dont overclock it should be fine with stock as db stated.
and im pretty sure its like 65 nm so it wont heat up, and intel isnt known for heating issues really.

Mines stock as well, and I put my computer through some torture some times.
I just leave the side cover off so I can spray it with canned air if needed.

The stock cooler with that CPU will cool it just fine, you only need watercooling if you plan on doing some hardcore overclocking or need complete silence.

Yes I know what I would need it for sheesh
I am just saying I want this thing to run silent and I plan on keeping it dust free
I had gotten a tad bit lazy with this one and blew out my graphics card.
So I want proper cooling even if I forget for a week or two to clean it out of dust just so I don't lose anything again
I don't plan on over clocking it at this point in time though
