no it said they wer coping my hard drive and they wont let me do really anything accept like surf the internet i cant run any other thing they blocked me off

no cause its my moms comp actualy and well it has her website on it an everything she is freaking out cause like it was weird i was playing rs the all the sudden mass amounts of spyware just pop up on her comp we have tryed running antivvirus and they have blocked us off from that

Unplug your connection to the internet and if that continues to happen system restore your computer.
