problem with grafic card

hey guys,
i got a Nvidia Gforce 6600 LE (cheap) but since i installed into my PC somethings wrong.
Its like this

I start my PC and a Really loud noise comes out of my PC so i opened him and started him again and it was the Fan of the grafic card. So i manualy shut down my PC and start it again like 8 times before it went normal. Now i have this grafic card for more than 1 year and everytime my PC gets cold (like overnight) i need to start him 8 times and instantly shut down( even before my Monitor went on).

whats the problem oO?

Does the fan overrdrive or what?

Sounds like the card is bad, just get a new one, that card is extremely outdated anyway.

6600 is older than 3 years, anyway, it seems your card needs to heat up a bit before it works. Rub your hands on it while it's running..
