all i need is some good instructions
it would be helpfull if there was a good link for formatiing my pc

using xp ? reboot using CD-Rom ... and reinstall a fresh copy of xp

yes I'm using Windows Xp
shouldn't i copy all my really important stuff on a cd

if u didnt split ur harddrive into partition yes ... else just put them on partition
(you can create partion while instaling xp Very Happy)
