You don't measure computer speed by how fast it opens web pages and how fast the computer starts up.

I dident say web pages, im tired, cut me some slack, i mean, how fast does it open shit, how fast does it start up, how fast does it load stuff, ect ect
EDIT: Which also includes, how much lag does it have...

Fastest computer I've seen was via Toms Hardware Guide:
http://www.tomshardware.com/2003/12/30/5_ghz_project/
The system pushed out 5.25 GHz max from the test. Theres a video showing it in action as well.
(This being the fastest end-user computer.)
IBM and such have created computers that can handle unspeakable speeds for data-centers and such, some recording results going as fast as 3.8 teraflops, or 3.8 trillion calculations per second. (This was recorded back in 2001?)

Such a nice system, ruined by Vista. What processor are you running though and how is it cooled, since I question the validity of that.

I back you on your assumption.

Better off with Vista than the mess that is XP64.
Plus, surely with a computer like that, it has a DX10 GPU...
