Since the search button on the forum doesnt work I cant find the source of CE, I just want to see and learn from it but the posts that say "Cheat engine source" doesnt have the source, so... Should I pm Dark Byte or what?
I also have another problem, What is the code needed to change the value of an address? (delphi)

try this: http://80.69.94.143/CheatEngine.zip (latest cvs version)

and use writeprocessmemory to change a value

what do you mean by cvs?
Sry, I am new in delphi.. Could you explain me the code to edit memory from 0?

cvs = control versioning system, a way to keep track of changes (good and bad)

start the engine and you'll see how to change the memory

and always remember your trusted friend 'google'

p/s: cvs is not related to delphi, it's used anywhere where there is software development
