i know how to use the system sction for actions throught he command prompt

also by not including windows.h
but how do the followng actions via command prompt?
move a file or program
close a file or program
create a file or program

the more help the merrier

says the syntax of the command is invorrect
del *file path*
says the spesified file path was invalid and i made sure it wasent
and > dont do nuthin
just keeps sayin it isnt an operatable program or batch file..

?

me and the command prompt are NOT friends
