yea it's Vista style, but there must be a something to use it in XP because this is a SS from x0r. And I think he doesn't use VISTA.

And he's AFK in irc. Mad Mad Mad

nope, its vista because Xp doesnt support shake modifications on the bar

It is Vista because that little circle button thing on the start bar is going over the internet browser. You can't do that in Windows XP.
