how do i design my own userinterface? when i click it it comes up with 2 boxs that u cant do nothing with,

Why respond if you have no idea?

When you open the custom interface design you should see these windows, labeled with red text. You might have missed the control toolbar.

OT:

You can do stuff with the two buttons coming up, the whole idea is the thingy left to it where you can edit the buttons ie, actions etc.

There's other programs that can do this though, only dedicated to trainers.
Might want to try those out if CE Trainermaker doesn't work for you.

The trainer maker in CE is not meant for Flash games which I'd assume you are implying with your question. If you want to add the flash game to your trainer you will need to program it yourself. Look at Visual Basic or Delphi for ease of programming.
