Well this is a useless topic but I wanted to write how a certain company cares for its customers and it's security.
It's already many months in the past, i started playing an MMORPG by sega called phantasy star online blue burst (psobb.jp).
On english message boards the few non japanese players decided on an english lobby (place to meet people for forming parties). There also a certain person appeared, namely "broomop". Well I communicated with him a little and well after noticing how much he wanted to abuse me told him to leave me alone.
When Gameguard was added he asked he how i could still cheat, I answered him the program used ring0 technology but was currently in beta but i could give him the link to the website (this website to be exact) where he could probably dl the version with ring0 as soon as it's finished. However he went like "omg omg wtf r u talking about ? ring0 wtf is that stop talking crap"...so i didn't give him the link after all,him talking like a stupid n00b like that made me think he's just all talk, after all, all i ever saw him use were not really impressive things.
Much time had passed and he still held a grudge against me (especially for being able to cheat before him after GG was used) and after all he seemed to have managed to find an exploit in the server protocol that allows him to overwrite other people's characters. Well I heard about him abusing yet another person and this person losing his character, I thought he must have been stupid to get his char deleted but i was sort of wrong, as not much after mine (on which i had played 500hours) disappeared as well. Great. I was sort of sick of it and well, tried to cancel my account, however i got an error that i should wait until juuichigatsu (november) and try again. Great they had updated their terms of service without telling me, so now the original "auto renewal can be canceled every month" had changed. Great. Okay then i thought, well what i can do until then...and thought of the very fact that they always advertise how many Gms there are and how much support you can get and how much they keep the game clean (i never saw a gm ...ever). Well i tried to use the GM mailer to tell them about it, i mean I didn't expect my character back just telling them their server software has some flaws is enough. Time went by and answer was ..none. They just didn't answer at all. And yeah i did write in proper japanese. Out of boredom, and due to my teammembers begging me to, i started a new char to start off new ...this time i cheated a bit to reduce the time for my lv upping a lot. And well as it had to be expected it happened again and he deletes that char and leaves me a char called yahahahaha . Great. So that company never actually bothered reading that email of mine. Neither did they bother to read emails my teammates send. This is not funny at all but almost worth laughing ...lol . I think some companies do not have any skills in making online games, make false promises and use doubtful ways to change their terms of service...people, what happened to this world of ours?

Get back at him? Well firstly there is no way i could...i am not that much of a freak. Any furthermore, even if i managed to delete his char, he does not actually PLAY this game...yea honestly all he does is fool around with it, trying to find exploits and ways to upset other people. That's all. So his character wouldn't be worth anything anyways. And yeah i lack skill, and don't invest time only in trying to figure out new hacks/cracks ...
Some people are just sick, or the game just not secure enough. After it having happened 2 times i can only assume he has to abuse a session ID or whatever the server uses to keep me logged in as before it happens i just get lose connection and when i come back the character is overwritten. Well since i am not that smart i shouldn't make assumption. Well whatever it may be...there is no reason at all for the GMs to ingore mails. The only way to get a bit of renvenge would be to make them realize there is a security flaw so that they fix it...but it won't happen.
