Cheat Engine

I just installed it
Igot a new window that says " The first time Cheat Engine 5.3 is executed.
Do you want to accosiate files with EXTENSION .CT with cheat engine?"

So im wondering to put yes or no?
Also what is extension .CT and what does it do??

Say yes because its something programs do all the time for your (in)convenience but don't ask nicely about it .
