I saw that wikipedia recons that CE has some direct3D manipulation tools. Now I saw something hinting at it in the advanced options (Direct - X Mess) But I've seen almost no mention of it in the forums.

I dunno if this is a shameless plug, ( some of the wiki dudes thought it was when I checked) but I can't seem to find it. Any help?
