each time i download sumthing, anything, from internet, my pc juz shut down. i use IE/Mozilla, i cant download Opera [sum1 told me that i can do so]

Sounds like a virus really 
Otherwise it might be something weird with your hard drive or something.

I suggest you reformat and install NOD32 or Kasp.

huh? how do i do that? can u giv me steps how to? and can i use CE in deleting viruses for example i hav a virus scanner then if i hav alrdy scanned and find the virus, how do i isolate/separate or sumthin so i can delete it
if there are any possibilities pls teach me how and thx in adv

yes i agree format your computer and reinstall your operating system ask your father for the cd it might not of come with one and you can manually restore your C drive to the original condition when you first got it by using a system restore. But make sure to ask your dad if you have a cd with the operating system if you use windows. a format will get rid of the virus if you have one and also try to get an anti virus and anti spyware. windows website i think has some free anti spyware but you have to pay for a good anti virus unless you already have one which i bet you do.
