* Free memory, the more process you are running the less bandwidth are left for your game. Even tho this proberly won't solve your issue it may speed up your computer slightly.

* Get the latest drivers for your gpu. (Avoid using packs becuase they might get wrong drivers installed. When possible use the official drivers.)

* Get the latest dx.

* Ms update
