No it won't be, not even close. Don't ever SLI a mid-range card, it's only meant for high end cards run on high resolutions. |

One, no reason going SLI with a 8600. |
Can I even SLi with a Dell motherboard? |
I don't think so. _________________

If it's only meant for high end cards, why do mid-range cards have SLI? |

I guess I should plan on upgrading a shitload in a while.
Is SLi even worth it? _________________

Well because NVIDIA tries to make money from people that don't know much about computers. Also it's a selling point when selling a computer, when someone sees SLI, he thinks he's computer will be amazing, but in reality it won't (Talking about SLI with 8600)
@xdeviance, not really, unless you got the money, and even then, it should be done on high ends cards. If you want to go SLI to only see your frames double up, you are in for a big surprise. _________________

Well, I just need a great video card, that is cheap, and runs good on a 20" monitor (not sure what resolution I should use on the upcoming monitor). _________________

Dell was selling them for 207$ . I believe they still sell them for around 260$ if I'm not wrong. _________________
